1. Introduction
Welcome to Mr C’s Tutoring Hub. By enrolling in our tutoring programme or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Mr C’s Tutoring Hub provides online group maths tutoring for primary school children, including SATs preparation and upper Key Stage 2 support. Sessions are delivered via an online learning platform and may include live teaching, guided practice, and independent activities.
3. Programme Structure
Tutoring is offered as a full academic-year programme, designed to provide consistent support and progression over time.
-
Weekly group sessions take place during school term time
-
Tutor-led holiday sessions are included throughout the year
-
Optional online homework and practice activities may be provided
Enrolment secures a place within a specific group, and continuity is an essential part of the programme.
Group sessions are subject to a minimum enrolment requirement, as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
4. Payments
-
Payments are made via monthly instalments, spread evenly across 12 months for convenience
-
Monthly payments are not linked to the number of sessions in a particular month
-
Payments cover the full academic-year programme and associated support
-
All payments must be made on time to retain a child’s place
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or removal from the programme.
5. Pausing and Missed Sessions
-
Subscriptions cannot be paused for holidays, illness, or absences
-
If a child is unable to attend a session, the session is not refundable
-
Missed sessions cannot be carried over or rescheduled
This policy helps maintain fairness and stability across group sessions.
6. Holiday Sessions
Tutor-led holiday sessions are included as part of selected tutoring packages (Plus+ and Premium only).
Holiday sessions are optional to attend and dates will be communicated in advance. Availability may vary depending on demand and scheduling.
7. Cancellation During the Academic Year
Cancellations during the academic year require one full calendar month’s notice.
Notice cannot be backdated.
Monthly payments will continue during the notice period. This policy ensures group continuity and fair planning for all families.
8. End of Academic Year & Continuation
Tutoring places do not automatically roll over into the next academic year.
Towards the end of the academic year, families will be contacted and invited to confirm whether they wish to continue.
If confirmation is not received by the stated deadline, the child’s place will conclude automatically at the end of the academic programme with no further obligation.
